Age 76, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010. She was born on July 30, 1933, the daughter of the late Anton and Della (Daelke) Stingle. On June 17, 1952 she was united in marriage to Leland Dorn, who preceded her in death. Carol will be remembered for her love of sewing, crocheting, and various crafts.

Carol is survived by her children: Lea Ann (Greg) Laabs, Vicki (Bill) Dobrinska, Dan (Donna) Dorn, and Bradley Dorn (special friend, Mary); grandchildren: Robert (Dana) Laabs, Elizabeth (Trevor) Neunsinger, Benjamin (Jeannette) Bessett, Dustin Dorn, Heather Dorn; and great-granddaughters: Morgan and Taylor Laabs. She is further survived by brothers, sisters, relatives and friends.

Per Carol's request, a private family service will be held.

The family extends a special thank you to friends and staff at The Renaissance, Rennes, and Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care.
