Age 67, passed away at Manor Care in Appleton on Sunday, November 14, 2010. He was born in Appleton on March 10, 1943 the son of the late Clarence and Walberga “Bobbie” (Thiel) Mueller. Geoff was a teacher of history at St. Mary Catholic Central and later worked for Management Recruiters, Grady Foundries, and Wisconsin Tissue. He also operated the Army Navy Surplus Store on College Ave., Appleton, with Jesse. He served as former president of Sherwood Lions Club and member of the Sherwood Village Board. Geoff will be remembered for being a “Republican” forever.

Geoff is survived by his partner, Jesse Aniol of Appleton; children: Freddie (Audra) Haas and their daughter, Annika, of Appleton, and Katrina Mueller of New Jersey; brothers: John (Carol) Mueller of De Pere and Tony Mueller of Sherwood; and sister, Mary Jo Mueller of Sherwood.

The funeral liturgy will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010 at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH, 410 W. Lawrence St., Appleton, with Fr. Jim Leary officiating and Fr. Larry Abler concelebrating. Friends will be received at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

A memorial fund in Geoff's name is being established.
