Continue ReadingOn May 24th of this Memorial Day Weekend 2015, the family of Brian Nackers will observe the one-year anniversary of his death. Not a month has passed that his parents, Mary & Bill, and brother Tom and his family, & their larger family and friends have not remembered him in some way. Not a day or night has passed without a thought, or prayer, or tear in Brian's behalf. As the flag is run aloft at the ceremony of reveille this weekend, it remains a symbol of our belief in the resurrection of the body, and for us the everlasting life we hope to share with Brian and the Lord.
We were so very sorry to hear about Brian's passing. He was a blessing in countless ways and he left you much too soon. May God bring you both healing peace. Please accept our deepest sympathy.

Our dear Brian,
Today is a month since you left us for a life of no more pain or suffering.
We are left with a void that will never be filled. I hold unto all the wonderful
hugs you gave me, I'm so glad we always made time for that and to tell
each other that we loved each other. I struggle to be strong like you, what
a role model you were, so I'll ask your help in that area. Be happy Brian
and know we are waiting to see you again.
All my love,
Mom
Like so many whose great spirit is recognized as much after death as during life, we thank you for how you inspired us with your determination, smile, sense of humor, and a faith nourished by the Ozark Mountains, Branson's songs of hope and love, and a family in which God's love was made manifest.
Uncle Bill Vander Heyden
May God continue to bless you, Brian, with an eternal life of love, peace and joy just like in your life here. Your life of great courage and faith inspired many by letting the light of God's Spirit entwined with yours, shine forth.
Deacon Dan

Mary, Bill Tom and famly,
We are so sorry. Brian gave every fight he had in him to keep going. He has been thru so much in his short life. You all have given him and done for him everything humanly possible to make his life a joyous and happy one. Memories will forever be imprinted in your hearts. His Grandma's and Grandpa's are now hugging him and watching him run around. I will miss talking to him about Branson and all the reality shows we both loved so much. He made us laugh so many times with his funny sense of humor. We have heavy hearts for all of you. He is at peace now and pain free. May God wrap his arms around you and give the strength to get thru this difficult time. Love and hugs to all of you. RIP our dear friend Brian.
