Age 67, passed away on Monday evening, April 10, 2006 at Manor Care after a short illness. She was born on July 14, 1938 in Appleton to the late Clarence and Bernice (Johnson) Bobber. On October 22, 1960 she married Kenneth Brunkey and they shared 34 wonderful years until he preceded her in death in 1995. Bev was a nurturing mother who enjoyed taking care of her children and grandchildren, and more recently her great-grandchildren, and always enjoyed working outside on her yard.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Ron (special friend Karen Gosha), Appleton, Rick (Vicky), Menasha, Julia (Andy) Kleist, Appleton, Debra (Don) Scorgie, Appleton; grandchildren: Jason and Amanda (special friend Neal Otis) Brunkey, Kimberly (Nate) Ribarchek, Christopher, Adam, and Alex Barnett, Rebecca and Randi Kleist, Lexi Scorgie; great-grandchildren: Ryley Otis and Alana Ribarchek; sisters: Lindy Bobber, Menasha; Susan (Mike) Van Airsdale, Menasha; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Kenneth.

Funeral services for Beverly will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at 7:45 P.M. at the Wichmann Funeral Home (537 N. Superior Street) with Rev. Timothy Seabaugh officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. until the time of the service.

The family would like to thank the staff at Manor Care for making Bev comfortable during her stay with them.
