Bernard G. Tennessen

Bernard Tennessen, age 100, of Kaukauna, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Appleton Health Care Center. He was born on December 9, 1913, in Dundas, the son of the late John and Catherine (Peters) Tennessen. Bernard is survived by his children: Judy (Karl) Korth of Greenville, Cletus (Gail) and Ken (Laurie) Tennessen both of Menasha; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Tennessen; four young children: Josephine, Patricia, Phyllis and Francis; two sisters, a brother, and a grandson, Justin Tennessen.

The funeral liturgy for Bernard will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH, ST. ALOYSIUS CHURCH, 2401 Main Avenue in Kaukauna. Fr. Jerry Pastors will be officiating. Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Sherwood. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church from 10:00 am until the time of mass.
