My deepest sympathies go to the Borden family. Mrs. Borden was a very special woman in my family's life. We were new to living in the United States with no extended family being anywhere near us. Mr. and Mrs. Borden welcomed us into their home, and shared their family with us, showing the depths of her kindness really knew no bounds. It was exactly what we needed at the time to get well adjusted. To this day I am, and forever will be, grateful for the kindness, caring, and friendship that she provided myself and my family when we were most in need. It saddens me of course to see her pass away, but knowing she had a large, wonderful and caring family, along with her special marriage with Mr. Borden, she lived a wonderful life. Once again, my deepest sympathies to the Borden family, Mrs. Borden was a wonderful person, and will never be forgotten by myself, or my family.

I only met Barb recently through a friend. It didn't take long to find out how much she had loved her husband and how important her children and grandchildren were to her. She put up a good fight to be with us longer. Rest in peace, Barb.
