Rest in peace, Barb. You were a kind and sweet classmate, and a great debate partner. If I remember correctly, we were an affirmative team debating Compulsory Arbitration in the Basic Industries. We really did learn together how to navigate the research facilities at the Hoyt Library in Saginaw. You were always so gentle, but sure of yourself - and for good reason. I look forward to seeing you again when time and distance have no meaning, and the light of God is upon us all.

Dear Sramkoski Family, Barb will be remembered as one of my kindest high school classmates. She was good to everyone, and I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. In 11th grade English class, we had a list of American novels from which to choose, and I remember Barb diving into Gone With The Wind and loving it. I thought she'd never finish it, but she did, and she inspired me to read it, which I did as a summer exchange student that year. I therefore thought about her every day until I finished the book, so she is part of my memories of that experience. She and I also had fun writing notes to each other by writing backwards in cursive. That memory of school girl silliness makes me smile. My most lasting memory of Barb is that of seeing her and her sister Janet meeting up with each other in the hallways before having to scurry off to class. How nice it was to see what great friends they were. I was happy to see that Barb continued her passion for ministry throughout her adult life and am comforted to know that her faith sustained her through the final earthly journey. I know you all will miss her very much. I am happy she was so loved. I am sending sympathy to all the family.

Barb sold me my first house in Menasha. She remained my good friend ever since. I now live in Florida but spent some quality time with her this past summer. We had many talks about Jesus and how important He is in our lives. I went with her to her church and she was kind enough to take care of my dogs when I was out for a day. We shared a deep love for our dogs. I hope her dear Toby is being taken care of. I cherish the memories I have of her and I know without a doubt she is with Jesus right now. God please bless her family and help them through their time of grief. She will be missed by all who knew her - she was that kind of person.

Barb was the most gentle and loving lady I have ever had the pleasure to know. She was a light for Jesus and led me to Him. A true Christian woman with compassion for everyone she met. I was privileged to know her.
