Arthur Louis Joy III

Arthur Louis Joy III, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2018.

Art was born on September 26, 1952 to Arthur and Ollie Rae (Dowell) Joy in Texas. On August 29, 1981 he was united in marriage to Carol Stueber in Appleton. He proudly served in the US Navy in Vietnam. Art worked at Foremost Farms for many years as an intake processor. He was an avid Packer fan and sports fan. Art enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, pets and fishing.

Art is survived by his wife Carol, his son Aaron (Alicia Johnson) Joy, a step son Dean (Emily) Hill, grandchildren; Trevor and Travis Hill, Bruce Wogikoski (Ashley Ecker) and Heather (Clay) Hanson, Caleb Olsen, Caden Hutchinson, Cooper Johnson, and Arianna Johnson, siblings; Carol (John) Bridges, Maurice Vincent, and Bonnie Sue (Mark) Joy-Johnson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Art was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Sarah Davis and Ronald Simons, step son Tim Olsen, step daughter Julie Olsen and his cat Zoe.

The funeral service for Art will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior St. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
