Arlene Sheehy

Arlene Sheehy, age 89, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Born to the late Emma and Arnold Buss.

Arlene worked at Marathon where she met her husband, Tom. They were married on July 18, 1959. She was a crossing guard for many years. She was a Packer, Brewer, Bucks , Badgers and Lifelong Menasha BlueJays fan. Had a joke for everyone all the time and had a great sense of humor. She loved Friday fish lunches and chicken dumpling soup. Arlene was a charter member of St Timothy Lutheran Church in Menasha.

She is survived by her two children, Susan (Andrew) Kolosso and Laura Sheehy. Three grandchildren, Thomas (Maureen) Kolosso, Katie (Matthew) Puskarich, Whitney (Will) Tech, four great grandchildren, James, Cyrus, Drew, Nolan and one on the way. She is further survived by her sister-in-law, Ruth Buss.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Emmett Kiesner, Loretta Keberlein, Betty Kline, LaVerne Brandt, Delores Barker, Lorraine Buss and her twin brother Arnold Buss.

The memorial service for Arlene will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church (473 7th St., Menasha). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

Arlene’s family would like to say thank you to her nieces, nephews, and a good neighbor. Also, thank you for the wonderful care you gave our Mom at GardenView Assisted Living.
