Arlene H. Werner

Arlene H. Werner, age 89, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at her home. Arlene was born on April 16, 1924, daughter of the late Andrew and Francis Stojakovic. She graduated from Appleton High School in 1942 and in 1946 married Roy Werner in a ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Arlene enjoyed watching television, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Arlene is survived by her sons, Chuck (Nicki) Werner, Steve Werner and Mark Werner, all of Appleton. She is further survived by her grandchildren, Kevin, Christopher, John and Barbie; her daughter-in-law, Rosie; sister-in-laws, Gladys, Marge and Helen, as well as her great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband as well as her son, Bruce. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph and Marv and her sister Francis.

Abiding by Arlene's wishes, there will be no formal funeral services.
