Anthony Curatolo

October 5, 1947 — October 20, 2012

Anthony “Tony” Curatolo, age 65, of Appleton, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012 surrounded by his family at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Tony was born on October 5, 1947, son of the Late Anthony Sr. and Rose Curatolo. After graduating from Crawford High School in San Diego, California, he went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Army. Tony enjoyed his time at General Dynamics, working as a transportation supervisor for the nation's space shuttle program. In 1996, Tony married the love of his life, Tommye, in Las Vegas. Tony was an avid sports fan and loved cheering for the San Diego Chargers. He also enjoyed cooking and playing slot machine games at the casino and on his computer. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

He leaves behind his wife of 16 years, Tommye, his children, Donny Holdren, Barbara (Robert) Molina, Rachel (Joe) Evans, Dawn Curatolo and Donovan (Yoko) Holdren; his grandchildren, Adam, Cheri, Miguel, Jessica, Ryan, Zachary and Kyle; and eight great grandchildren. He is further survived by his sisters, Pam Mills and Sandra (Gary) Guenther; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son “Little” Tony.

The Curatolo family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at St. Elizabeth and UW Madison Hospitals, along with Dr. Brady and the staff at Affinity Health Care in Kaukauna for their great care.
