I got to know Alice as a fellow board member of the Wesley Foundation - Oshkosh, the campus ministry at UW Oshkosh. Those that know Alice know campus ministry was one of her passions. She was an inspiration to me and the rest of the Board. She will be missed in so many ways.

Dear McKee Family, Vida and I have fond memories of Alice and were so happy to get to know her after she returned to Wisconsin. Our love and prayers are with you all, Especially Olivia and Wesley who loved their Grandma. We wish we could be with you, but the miles separate us at this time.
Mary Council-Austin left a message on February 13, 2018:
The news of Alice leaving this world is hard to hear. What a powerful witness for love, justice and equality She stood as a strong champion for clergywomen and the ministry of all. She lifted my heart as she spoke to my husband Clarence in his last days of life. She inspired laughter at his memorial service. She received my stole during my final service of worship with the Neenah: Faith Congregation. She simply said, "Now listen for God's next station of .call." You heard God calling- Come Home. So long sister Alice until we meet again
