Alexandra Grace Kuplic

May 6, 1997 — March 24, 2014

Alexandra Grace Kuplic, beloved daughter to Dr. David and Trish (Leynse) Kuplic, and an amazing sister to Drew and Will passed away at her home on Monday, March 24, 2014.

Ali was born on May 6, 1997, in Appleton and was a Junior at Appleton North High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. Ali played on the Appleton North Tennis Team and she loved her time with the Appleton North Theater Department. She was especially proud of their recent success with Shrek, The Musical. Ali was a talented and gifted artist, who was recently recognized in an art auction that benefited Harbor House. Her compassion for people was evident through her volunteering at Harbor House and the friendships she held dear. Her loving nature was obvious to all people who were blessed to have her in their lives.
Ali will be joyfully remembered as well for her insatiable desire to bring home and nurture her furry friends.

Ali's love of family was evident in the special relationships she held with each and every one. Ali shared a unique bond with her little brother Will. She cherished the role of being his older sister and forever friend. Ali's relationship with her older brother Drew provided her with a constant source of quiet, loving strength and she always looked to him as a role model. Ali had an incredible relationship with her dad. He was always her biggest supporter and recognized the beautiful woman she had become. Ali was fortunate to have a strong circle of women in her life. At the center of her circle was her loving mom who gave her unconditional love and unfailing compassion. Ali's spirit will remain in the hearts and souls of her entire family. They will see her always in the bright summer sun, a country pasture and a rainbow that colors the sky after a gentle rain.

Ali is survived by her loving parents: Dave and Trish, and her brothers Drew and Will. Ali is further survived by her grandparents David and Judi Leynse and Dr. James and Elizabeth Kuplic; her uncle and aunts: Toby (Donna) Leynse, Peter (Ellen) Kuplic, Paul (Nicole) Kuplic, and Thomas (Emily) Kuplic. She is also survived by her cousins: Philip and Joseph Freitas, Jack and Ryan Kuplic, Maxwell, Addison, Gabrielle and Tessa Kuplic, and Oscar Kuplic; as well as Great Aunt Christine Hansen and loving cousins Liz and Tony Alfonsi and Aunt Laurie Kuplic.

Ali was preceded in death by great-grandparents Dr. Horace and Libby Hansen, Gerald and Nancy (Kuplic) Wierman; Great Aunt Linda Moore; and great-grandparents Edward and Linda Gardner and Cornelius and Johanna Leynse.
