William Matthew Fregin passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 4, 2014. He is survived by his parents, Jillian and Steve Fregin, a sister, Sadie, his maternal grandparents, Matt and Teri Kasdorf, paternal grandparents, Jim and Bard Fregin, and many aunts and uncles. William was preceded in death by his aunt Ashley Kasdorf.
A private funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the STAR OF HOPE CHAPEL at Highland Memorial Park, 3131 N. Richmond St. Appleton. Entombment will be in the Highland Memorial Park with his Aunt Ashley Kasdorf. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
