Yvonne "Vonnie" Kropf

Yvonne (Vonnie) June Kropf formally of New Berlin, Wisconsin was born to Eternal Life on March 3, 2023. Vonnie was born June 11, 1930, to Herman & Verona Rasmussen. Yvonne graduated from Washington High School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ON October 21, 1950, Vonnie married Donald R. Kropf and they shared almost 63 years together.

Vonnie loved to volunteer. She spent 37 years at Children's Hospital of Milwaukee and had her own little office area. She also volunteered in nursing homes, group homes and her Church Blessed Savior Church of New Berlin, WI.

Vonnie loved to play golf, read books and work in her yard. She loved to put a smile on people’s faces and give warm hugs. She especially loved to greet her friends at church with a big smile and hug. She was very proud of starting the greeter program at her church.

She was loved by many and in her own words “I had a good run”

Yvonne was survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, parents, and 2 brothers Newell and Waldo Rasmussen.

A Memorial service will be on Sunday at Wichmann Funeral Home-Tri County Chapel, 1592 Oneida Street, Fox Crossing on  Mar 12, 2023 at 3:00pm. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home from 2:00pm until the service start.
