Wilma I. Goetchow, 81 years, passed away April 7, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, Wisconsin. She was born to her parents Lewis and Elizabeth (Heiser) Goetchow in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, along with her twin sister Velma on October 24, 1935. Together they settled in Manitowoc.
Wilma went to Adams grade school through the 8th grade. She worked on an assembly line at Service Bakery. Her favorite activities with her twin were to grow flowers in their gardens around the yard, make cookies for holidays especially Christmas, and preparing favorite meals including smothered breaded pork chops.
Wilma will be sorely missed by her twin Velma Goetchow and the many friends they shared at Century Oaks Assisted Living.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Elizabeth Goetchow, and a brother Allan Goetchow.
Graveside services for Wilma will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11 am at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Please enter from the N. 18th St. entrance.
