Age 51, died of pneumonia on Friday, February 16, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born on September 13, 1955 in Appleton, the son of Carleton and the late Marie (O’Neil) Selig. Bill was a fun and caring person, who loved to be with his family and friends. He enjoyed playing guitar, and was an expert at crossword puzzles. He loved sports, especially the Packers, Badgers, and NASCAR. Bill had most recently worked at Jabil Circuit in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

He will be sadly missed by his father, Carleton E. Selig, Appleton; brothers: Tim Selig, Appleton, Jim Selig, Winneconne, Chuck (Ray Stokes) Selig, Palm Bay, FL, Steve (Kathy Stettner) Selig, Appleton; sister, Sharon (Tim) Gunther, Appleton. He is further survived by six nephews, three nieces, his special friend Shelly Self, and many numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie, and his grandparents: Geraldine and Arthur O’Neil, and Selma and Ray Selig.

A memorial service for Bill will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wichmann Funeral Home Tri County Chapel (3212 South Oneida Street) with Deacon Pete Reinl officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
