William J. McCann

Age 37. Died Thursday morning, January 3,2002, after a lengthy illness. Bill was born on August 12, 1964 in Appleton and graduated from Appleton East High School. Bill was an avid fisherman and loved camping and the outdoors. He also enjoyed cooking, and used this skill throughout his career in several Valley restaurants.

Bill is survived by his son, Chris McCann, and Chris’ mother Tami Tank of Little Chute. He is also survived by his fiance’, Dorothy Fye of Appleton. Bill is further survived by three sisters, Beth (Jud) Kindschi, Monroe, Marie Ristow (Jim Potter), Germantown, and Sarah McCann (Chris Lytle), Madison and three brothers, John M. (Monica), Seattle, WA, Bob (Kathy), Sherwood, and Paul (Barb) of Appleton, along with 13 nieces and nephews, 6 great nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends. Bill was preceeded in death by his parents, John R. and Claire McCann of Appleton.

Family Services were held Saturday, January 5. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with contributions in care of:
