Age 84, died on Sunday, November 14, 2004 at her home. Wanda was born in Chilicothe, Texas, on September 3, 1920, daughter of the late Frank and Inez Gamble. She enjoyed crocheting, car rides and watching the snowmobiles on Lake Winnebago. Wanda is survived by her nephew, Aldon Ray Garrett; 2 great-nieces; special friends: Donna, Greg (Beverly) and Jeff (Joyce) Schuelke and Bob (Wendi) Van Lyssel; and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Juanita Garrett and nephew, Dennis Garrett. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, with Rev. Jim Schmitz officiating. Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 17, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. The interment will be held at Thalia Cemetery, Thalia, Texas. Arrangements in Thalia will be handled by Womack-Manard Funeral Home: (940) 684-1525. The family would like to thank the staff of the Martha Siekman Cancer Center, for their care and support.
