Krajeck, Vivian Marie

Age 93 of Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Appleton Medical Center. She was born on May 23, 1912 in Wheaton, MN the daughter of the late John and Augusta (Mulvaney) Slagel. On June 16, 1939 in Wheaton she married Herman Krajeck. He preceded her in death on December 28, 2004. Vivian’s husband Herman was a sales representative for Farmer’s Union Central Exchange, now CENEX; had lived in a number of different locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin; and came to Appleton in 1964.
She is survived by her son Eugene Krajeck of Fairfield, CT, a granddaughter Kelly (Brian) McGough of Phoenix, AZ. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers John, Walter, Arthur, and Ray Slagel and one sister Marjorie.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Bernard Catholic Church on Pine Street in Appleton. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass. Memorials in Mrs. Krajeck’s name may be directed to St. Bernard Catholic Church.
