Appleton - Veronica C. Post, 93, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Brewster Village. She was born on June 7, 1928, in White House, NJ, the daughter of Stanislaw and Anna Kania. Veronica lived her life with a generous spirit and soul. She was very proud of her family. She was passionate about her many interests. Her hobbies included voracious reading, history, antiques, wood carving, painting, jewelry making, music, singing, playing her harmonica and nature, particularly irises and dogwood trees, and driving to watch the changing seasons. Veronica had an excellent sense of humor, often reciting her many nicknames she was given as a child, and stating she loved train tracks, believing she would have had fun being a hobo. She was curious about life and loved knowledge.
Veronica is survived by her daughter: Gail-Susan Post; a daughter-in-law, Karen Leigh Post; and grandchildren Ashleigh Kreider and Kaleigh Post.
Veronica was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Lawrence Post; her son, Bryan William Post; and daughter Linda Lorraine Post.
