Tyrone Kendall "Ty" Packett

Tyrone K Packett, 36, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 12, 2021. He was born October 30, 1985, in Appleton, Wi. He is the son of John and Michele (Erickson) Packett.

Tyrone is survived by his children: Chayton and Nitika, his ex-wife Shaynna (Hooyman) Packett, His parents John (Michele) Packett, Paternal grandmother Nancy Packett and maternal grandmother Miriam Erickson, and many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends that he considered family.

Tyrone was preceded in death by two brothers, Phillip and Gabriel,  and two sisters Alicia and Brittney. His grandfathers George Packett and Howard Erickson.

Tyrone did not like funerals, so we will be celebrating his life on Saturday November 27, 2021 at Grand Chute Town Hall 1900 Grand Chute Boulevard Grand Chute, Wi 54913 from 10am – 4pm. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established for his children’s education.

Our deepest thanks go to the EMT’s and first responders as well as the Calumet County Sheriff Dept. for all they did for Tyrone.  Special thanks to Bright for being there with us thru it all. Also thank you to Wichmann Funeral Home for the care they took with our beloved son, father and friend. We love you Tyrone
