Age 66, died Tuesday, December 25, 2001. He was born February 24, 1935 to the late Thomas E. and Machin (Yates) Fenton in Scranton, PA. Tom married the former Janet Paff on July 16, 1960 in Scranton, PA. Tom and Janet lived in Clarks Summit, PA where they raised their four children until 1980 when they relocated to Janesville. He was currently working at Jack’s Pizza and residing in Darboy. Tom enjoyed hunting, yard work, landscaping and the many challenges in the engineering field. He loved his grandchildren and found great pleasure in sharing his time, ice cream and peanut butter with all of them.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Fenton of Appleton; two sons, Thomas (Pam) Fenton Jr. and their children, Jace and Kyleigh of Janesville; James (Jill) Fenton and their son, Carson of Janesville; two daughters, Donna (Andy) O’Leary and their children, Brianna, Ryan and Shaelyn of Millstone, NJ; Linda (Mark) Mohnen and their children, Jessica and Abigayle of Darboy. He will also be missed by a sister, Jayne (Joseph) Cognetti of Scranton, PA; a brother, Fredrick Fenton; a mother in law, Fern Paff of Appleton and several nieces, nephews and his dog Snuggles.

The memorial service will be 2 PM on Friday, December 28, 2001 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 North Superior Street, Appleton with Fr. Donald Fuller officiating. Visitation will be at 1 PM on Friday until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
