Terri Lynn (Volkman) Forsythe, age 46, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Cherry Meadows after an extended illness. Terri was born on June 17, 1964, in Neenah, daughter of Tom Volkman and Crystal (Volkman) Smith. She attended Neenah High School, and later worked as a dietician for St. Elizabeth Hospital for 11 years.
Terri is survived by her husband, Mike; her son, Russell Cross; her daughter, Michelle Cross; granddaughter, Hayla Cross; her mother, Crystal (Volkman) Smith; a brother, Steve (Diana) Volkman; three sisters, Cheryl (Randy) Schwalbach, Pam (special friend Brian) Grant, Kathy (special friend Bryan) Olenski; her dogs, Dixie and Duke; three nieces; four nephews; mother-in-law, Gloria Davenport; father-in-law and step-mother-in-law, Bill (Clara) Davenport; brother-in-law, Bill Davenport; sister-in-law, Heather (Mike) Swallom; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Volkman; step-father, John Smith; brother, Dean Volkman; maternal and paternal grandparents; a dog, Mandy; aunts, uncles, and cousins; and two friends, Jody and Kay, with whom she is now reunited.
A memorial service for Terri will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at ST. MARK LUTHERAN CHURCH, 140 South Green Bay Rd., Neenah, with Rev. Stephen Dietzler officiating. Friends may call at church on Saturday from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
