Age 62, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2004 at Appleton Medical Center. Terry was born in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania on August 21, 1941, son of the late Thomas and Susan (Costlow) Kenjesky. On November 30, 1963, he married the former Jean Meulemans at Holy Name Catholic Church in Kimberly. For over thirty years, Terry worked at Appleton Papers in Appleton; he was a proud veteran of the United States Army and a member of the William Verhagen Post #60 in Kimberly.
Terry is survived by his wife: Jean Kenjesky of Kimberly; a son: Jeff Kenjesky of Menasha; a daughter: Kris (Richard) Gliganic of Carol Stream, Illinois. His two grandchildren, Anthony and Angela were the apple of his eye, and they will miss their “Bumpa” dearly. Terry is further survived by a brother: Bernie (Margaret) Kenjesky of New York; two sisters: Connie (Bob) Pavlovich of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and Sandra Kenjesky of Connecticut; a sister-in-law: Yolanda Kenjesky of New York. Other survivors include Jean’s brothers and sisters: Dorothy (Bob) Etka of Kimberly, Robert (Bea) Meulemans of Winneconne, Peggy (Tom) Greunke of Kimberly, and Mary (Don) VanOoyen of Mesa, Arizona, as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers John Kenjesky and James (Claire) Kenjesky, by Jean’s parents Felix and Adell Meulemans, and by Jean’s sister Betty (Richard) Weyenberg.
The funeral liturgy for Terry will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the funeral home chapel. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until the hour of the prayer service. There will be an American Legion visitation at 6:45 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
