Sylvera E. Hoffman

Sylvera E. Hoffman, 88, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Atrium Post Acute Care of Little Chute. Sylvera was born on January 30, 1928 to Arthur and Lydia Wenzel in Hilbert. She was united in marriage to Donald Hoffman. Sylvera enjoyed playing cards and doing embroidery work. Most of all she enjoyed her family especially her grandchildren.

Sylvera is survived by her children; Donald (Shirley) Hoffman, Dennis (Diane) Hoffman, Diane (Steve) Brittnacher, Dale Hoffman, Debra (David) Vanderlois, Duane Hoffman, Darlene Swedberg, Dan (Dolly) Hoffman, Doug Hoffman, Dickson (Lisa) Hoffman, Darrell (Cheryl) Hoffman, Dewey Hoffman, Dean Hoffman, Dawn Berghuis, 32 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, her siblings; Eugene and Patsy, her brothers-in-law Kenny (Luann) Hoffman and Carl (Carly) Hoffman, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sylvera was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald, a son David and a sister Dolores Fassbender.

The funeral service for Sylvera will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM at FARGO FUNERAL HOME, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., Kaukauna.
