Suzanne (Nissen) Butler passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2008. She was born in Appleton, WI on January 6, 1947 and graduated from Appleton West High School. She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Brooke Butler, of Sarasota, FL; her sister and brother-in-law, Sandee and Jack Bergsbaken, of Chubbuck, ID; brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Eenie Nissen, of Appleton, WI; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Kim Nissen of Appleton, WI; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Chris Nissen of Sherwood, WI; stepfather Arvid Schulz, of Appleton, WI; sister-in-law Ann Stish, of Columbia, SC; sister-in-law, Bunny Hope of Columbia, SC; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Berwick Butler; father, Robert Nissen; mother, Blanche (Nissen) Schulz; and brother, Dennis Nissen.

The visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2008 from 4-6 p.m. at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME/TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
