Susan A. Heuer

Susan A. Heuer, 84, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2024. She was born on November 25, 1940 to her parents Forest "Fritz" and Gloria (Schroeder) Whitman. 

Susan graduated from Appleton High School - West in 1959. Her sister-in-law Micki introduced her to Thomas. They hit it off instantly and dated through college and got married on November 7, 1961. Together they raised 3 children. 

Susan loved her hobbies... gardening, quilting, knitting and crocheting, baking her chocolate treats and pies, going to rummage sales with Mary Lee and Rita, being with her sisters, and most of all spending time with her grandkids. 

She is survived by her children: Melissa (John) Coyle, Gena (Robert) Olson, Thomas (Monica) Heuer; grandchildren: Emily Coyle, Benjamin Coyle, Faith Ann Heuer, Anna (Colton) Dibbs, Cathryn Coyle, Zachary Coyle, Claire Olson, Evan Olson; siblings: Kathy Sager, Mary (Rick) Furstenberg, Ellen (Dave) Rothman; many nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Micki (Richard) Kickland, much loved cousin Karen Radtke, best friend Mary Lee Schabo, and special friend and care taker Julie Pitsch.

Susan is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Heuer, parents, and brother Stevie Whitman.
