Sandy L. Theabo

Sandra "Sandy" Lee Theabo (Fulcer), age 61 of Appleton, WI passed away on June 26, 2022. She was born to Earl and Lillian Fulcer on August 29, 1960. She graduated from Appleton East High School with the class of ‘79.  She was a proud mother, raising 3 wonderful children in her life.

 

Sandy always loved making people smile, whether it be from the smile she always had on her face or from her humorous nature.  She enjoyed dressing up for her work at Goodwill and making sure everyone had a good experience in her store. Sandy was a big fan of Billy Joel, but she held a special place in her musical heart for Usher's "Yeah". In her free time, you could often find her on the lookout for owls and dragonflies - animals in which she found so much beauty. More than anything, though, she loved spending as much time with her children and grandchildren as possible, cherishing every memory with them through the years.

 

Sandy is survived by her children, Tom (Chelse LaBine) Theabo, Sam Theabo, and Jessie (Tony Vangroll) Theabo; her grandchildren, Jaxon Theabo, Lily Theabo, and Lindzi LaBine; her siblings, Rick (Tammy) Fulcer, Darlene Knight, Linda (Andy) Vogel, Barb Fulcer, Earl Jr. (Joyce) Fulcer, and Pat (Ron) Boettcher); her special friend, Tina Hollenback; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

 

Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Lillian Fulcer; her siblings, Lucy Holzer and Chuck Fulcer; and her brother-in-law, Tim Knight.

 

A memorial visitation will be held for Sandy from 10 AM - 12 PM on Saturday, July 9 at Hope Church in Appleton, 1320 W. Wisconsin Ave. with a memorial service following at 12 PM.  Lunch will be provided at Carter Woods park following the funeral (840 S Bluemound Dr, Appleton, WI 54914).  Please consider leaving an online condolence below for Sandy's family.
