Samantha "Sammy" Manos

Samantha “Sammy” Manos, age 24, passed away peacefully yet extremely unexpectedly on January 4, 2023, at her home.  Sammy was born on August 2, 1998, to T.J and Amy Manos.  She was a strong and determined little girl.  In 2001, the family’s life changed drastically when Sammy and her sister were struck by a drunk driver.  Even through trauma and injury, Sammy remained a joyous spirit. 

Sammy had a wild imagination that kept her easily entertained.  She loved her sippy cup, walking, and 70’s and 80’s rock n’ roll.  Sammy forged beautiful, unique relationships with everyone she met.  She has a special relationship with her older sister Brittany.  They were able to communicate in a way that transcended words.

Sammy will be deeply missed by her parents: T.J and Amy; her siblings: Autumn, Austin, Brittany Manos, and Emily (Bucky) Manteufel; paternal grandmother: June Manos; maternal grandparents: Bob and Jane Winter; and maternal great grandparents: Don and Norma Howard.  She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
