Ruth Ann Schultz, a longtime resident of Appleton “went on to glory” on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at a Seattle, Washington area hospital. Ruth will be sadly missed, yet joyfully loved and remembered by her family: three children: Parker (Debbie) Schultz, Jr. of the state of Washington; Pamela (Larry) Miller of the state of Washington; and Paula (Dan) Minkebige of Waupaca; four loving grandchildren: Peter (Leah) Schultz, Shellie (Francisco) Santillan, Lawren Miller, and Melisa Miller; two great-granddaughters: Naomi Schultz and Hannah Schultz; and in-laws: Shirley Haase of Wausau, Bill Yentz of Green Lake, and Marilyn Leonhardt of the state of Washington. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents William and Alma Yentz, and her husband Parker in 2014.
A memorial service for Ruth will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 18, 2016 at FIRST CONGREGATIONAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, 724 E. South River Street in Appleton. Rev. Jeannie Douglas will officiate, and burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Friday morning (March 18) from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
