Rose Mary Perrino

Rose Mary Perrino, age 73, of Appleton, passed away on April 1, 2023. Rose Mary was born on February 1, 1950. Her parents were Michael and Rose Perrino. She attended college at Mount Mary St. Mary’s College in New York State where she received her degree in Education. She also received two Master’s Degrees at Stetson University of DeLand, Florida in Administration. 

Rose Mary dedicated her life to teaching and ministry. She first taught in California and then moved to Florida to care for her parents while working as a Math Teacher at St. Brendan Catholic School in Ormand Beach, Florida. Later she worked as Principal of St. Paul’s Basilica School in Daytona Beach, Florida. Next, she moved to Wisconsin and she worked as Principal at Catholic Central Elementary School, St. Mary’s in Greenville and St. Nicholas in Freedom.

She is survived by many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her dear friend, Barb Haase.

Funeral Services for Rose Mary will be on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Homes of Appleton, Superior Street Location with Deacon Gary Vanness officiating. There will be a visitation preceding the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

A special thank you to the nurses and staff of Heartwood Homes for the care given to Rose Mary while she was there. Also, thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital.
