Age 93, passed away on Friday October 19, 2007. Rose was born on December 25, 1913 in the Town of Center, daughter of the late Charlie and Tillie (Schroeder) Bolte. She married Herman Damsheuser on January 7, 1932. He preceded her in death in 1988. Rose worked at Campells and Gimbels, retiring in 1975. She was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Appleton. Rose is survived by a daughter, Kathy (Glen) Mollen, Pickerel; two sons, Orrin (Joyce) Damsheuser, and Neil (Carol) Damsheuser, both of Appleton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, three step-great-great grandchildren. Rose was preceded in death by a daughter, Deloris Schroeder, a granddaughter, Cheryl Damsheuser, two brothers, Herbert and Frank Bolte, and a sister, Amelia Paddleford. Funeral Services for Rose will be held at 11 a.m. Monday October 22, 2007 at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 302 N. Morrison St., Appleton. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. A memorial is being established.
