“I will miss you, dear husband. I will miss our spontaneous bursts into song, our laughter, our love, our praying together at night and hearing your response to me on telling you ‘I love you’, which was ‘I adore you.’ We are all thankful that you are now at peace and we know that when it is time to join you, we will be welcomed with open arms and we will all sing ‘You Are My Sunshine.’”
Special thanks to all of the staff at Theda Care – Appleton – 8th floor. Your love, laughter, tears, strength, understanding, and listening brought such comfort to us. Thank you to Dr. Marquis for allowing us to make decisions when were ready. A special thank you for the many in-home church visits from Pastor David and Carol Bode, and Bob and Claire Weimer. You not only brought us God’s word, but also have become dear friends. We are truly blessed.
