Age 67, passed away in Appleton on Friday, December 19, 2003. He was born on December 13, 1936 in Baltimore, MD, son of Edna (Myers) Glaser and the late Louis Glaser. On April 6, 1963, he married Mary Gilmore in Glenview, IL. Bob served in the United States Army up to the time of the Berlin Crisis. He was a design engineer and designed machines for the vending industry and was very proud of his 15 patents. Bob was very creative and was a true craftsman. He loved all sports, particularly 16 inch softball.
Bob is survived by his wife, Mary; his children and grandchildren: David Glaser and son Skyler of Appleton, Kenneth (Sheri) Glaser and their puppies Bingley and Mr. Darcy of Maiden Rock, WI, James Michael (Gugge) Glaser and their children Amanda and Mackenzie of Spring Grove, IL, and Sandra (Pedro) Campuzano and their children Zachary and Graciella of Gurnee, IL; mother, Edna Glaser of Baltimore, MD; sister, Nancy (Urie) Boulden of Newark, DE. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
A private memorial service is being planned for family and friends.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Pastor Nolan Gnewuch, Julie R.N., Doctor David Duppler, and all of the staff at Appleton Medical Center that cared for Bob and his family.
