Passed away on December 8, 2003 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. He was born on August 22, 1937 in Georgia. He is survived by his two children: Michael Maxwell, Bogot√°, Colombia, and Hope (John) Maxwell-Snyder, Shepherdstown, West Virginia; also by five grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pete Reinl officiating. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
