PETERSON, ROBERT ALLEN “PETE”

Of Kimberly, age 58 years, died Sunday, June 12, 2005 at Appleton Medical Center with his family by his side following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 16, 1947 in Stephenson, MI the son of the late Norbert “Norb” and Doris (Hallfrisch) Peterson. Robert married Cindy Kemkes on July 5, 1990 in Chilton. Pete enjoyed spending time at the cottage with his family, hunting, playing bingo and four-wheeling.

Robert is survived by his wife: Cindy Peterson of Kimberly; son: Troy (Angie) Peterson of Kaukauna; daughter: Kimberly (Matt Liebhart) Peterson of Little Chute; step-daughter: Peggy McSorley of Little Chute; grandchildren: TJ Peterson and future grandchild; sister: Carole (Gus) Laemmrich of Winneconne; nephew: Mike (Deanna) Laemmrich of Hartford; great-niece: Katy Rose Laemmrich and father and mother-in-law: John (Shirley) Kemkes of Appleton. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at JANSEN FARGO FUNERAL HOME with Gus Laemmrich presiding. Interment will take place at Stephenson Cemetery, Stephenson, MI on Wedneday, June 15, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Special thanks to Vallhaven Care Center, Neenah and the ICU unit at Appleton Medical Center.
