Richard Stinemates

Richard “Ricky” Stinemates, 20, passed away as the result of a tragic car accident on Saturday, July 1, 2017.

Ricky was born on October 8, 1996 in Cleveland Ohio to Larry and Debra Stinemates and he attended Appleton East High School. He was a fun loving person who always brought a smile to everyone’s face. Ricky was a truck enthusiast and enjoyed working on trucks, it seems he always had a different one. Despite his short time with us Ricky’s life had a tremendous impact on his many friends and family. He never realized how important he was to all who were fortunate enough to know him He had a true kindness about him and cared about all people. Ricky was our miracle and Dad’s best buddy.

Ricky is survived by his parents Larry and Debra Stinemates, his dog Cookie, God parents, Greg and Nancy Otto, aunts and uncles; Vicky and Steve Tremmel, Julie and Wade Morschauser, Rick and Kelley Otto, Steve Stinemates, and Michele and Tom Schelble, cousins; Meghan, Jon, Lisa, Amber, Alex, BreAnna, Michael, Travis, Jade, Jana, Jami, Kayley and Delaney, other cousins, a special great aunt Millie, great aunts and great uncles. Ricky is also survived by his lifelong friends; C.J. Brandon, Adam, Drew, Daniel and Jordan and his soulmate Brittany Van Patten.

Ricky was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Richard and Delores Otto and paternal grandparents Donald and Lorraine Stinemates.

The memorial service for Ricky will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM at ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH, 912 N. Oneida St. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the church. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
