Age 84, died on Saturday, December 24, 2005, at Brewster Village. Regina was born on May 15, 1921, daughter of the late Albert and Amalia (Luedke) Herman. She married Carl Melchiors on April 8, 1976 and he preceded her in death on September 27, 1991. Regina is survived by her two daughters, Carol (Kenneth) Mueller and Shirley Gitter; son, William (Gail) LuConic; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and loyal guardian, Kathleen DeWitt. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
