Randy Bauer, 57, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 22, after a beautiful day on the Chain of Lakes. He was born on April 14, 1965, in Denver, CO the son of Robert and Beverly Bauer. Randy served in the United States Army for 7 years. He was honorably discharged in August of 1990. Randy was united in marriage to Karen Back on July 27, 1994, in Sheboygan, WI. He was employed with Gulfstream for 27 years. Randy or Handy Randy as some knew him, was immensely talented and mechanically minded, and could fix anything. He was happiest when building, fixing, or remodeling. Randy loved the outdoors and all that they had to offer. Some of his favorite past times include: scuba diving, snowmobiling, snorkeling, hang gliding, and riding dirt bikes in his younger years. He will be remembered most for his good, kind hearted, and gentle soul. He was always willing to help anyone in need.
Randy is survived by his wife of 27 years: Karen; 2 children: Ani and Neil Bauer; his dog: Hazel; his mother: Beverly Bauer; 3 siblings: Timmy (Laura) Bauer, Sherrie Bundy, and Jamie (Elsa) Bauer; nieces and nephews: Kaylee and Kiarra Bauer, Tyler Grunert, Michael and Wayne Bundy, and Joshua and Jasmine Bauer; other relatives and great friends.
Memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, July 29, 2022, at the Fargo Funeral Home, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., Kaukauna. Visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the American Heart Association.
