Randall Carl Moehr Sr, age 81 of Crivitz, WI passed away on December 1, 2023. He was born to Albert and Virginia (Maertz) Moehr on August 16, 1942 in Green Bay, WI. He attended Hilbert High School and went on to become a truck driver for Schneider for many years until deciding to become an owner/operator of his own transportation business. Randy had 3 kids of his own and added 9 step-kids throughout his marriages.
Randy was a one-of-a-kind character with a heart of gold. He may have spent his work life trucking, but he drove around on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle as often as he could. Randy liked a few unconventional things: a cold coffee, a warm beer, and absolutely no crust on his bread. He had a deep love for both turtles and his dogs, especially all the German Shepherds he had throughout his life. More than anything, though, Randy was so proud of the family he raised and spent as much time as he could with his kids and grandkids.
Randy is survived by his kids, Cindy (Earl) Cornelius, Scott (Jackie) Moehr, and Randall “RC” Moehr Jr; his grandchildren, Sarah, Ryan (Brooke), Pam, Mike, and Sarah; his great-grandchildren, Emma, Davin, Shelby, Kytairra, Bentleigh, and Kashtyn; his 9 step-children; his many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; his siblings, John (Linda) Moehr, Steve (Bill) Moehr, Mark Moehr, Laura (Ed) Reinke; his sisters-in-law, Barb Moehr and Laureen (Pete) Bruckner; his special friend, Jane; as well as many other nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Virginia Moehr; his parents-in-law, William and Madeleine Nadler; his 3 wives, Sharon, Sharon, and Barb; his grandson, Cory; his son-in-law, David; his brother, Gerald; his siblings-in-law, Alice (Bob) Roepcke and Bill Nadler; his niece, Jackie; his nephew, Luke; and his favorite dog, King.
A funeral visitation will be held from 1-5 PM on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Wichmann Tri-County Chapel, 1592 S. Oneida St, Menasha, WI 54911 with a funeral service to follow at 5 PM. Randy will be laid to rest with his late wife, Barb at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Sherwood, WI at a later date.
The rest of Randy’s family would like to specially thank Scott and Jackie for all they did for Randy in his times of need. Randy’s family would also like to extend a special thanks to the first responders in the town of Harrison and the Calumet County Police Department for their care and compassionate help when it was needed.
