DAHLMAN, PHILIP C.

Philip C. Dahlman, age 81, formerly of Appleton, died on Sunday, April 13, 2008, in Katy, Texas. Philip was born on July 6, 1926, in Tigerton to the late Otto and Bertha (Gitter) Dahlman. He married Marcelyn Schwaller on May, 24, 1952; she preceded him in death on March 28, 2006. Philip was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Banking in Madison and the Harvard School of Banking. Philip was President of the First National Bank of Seymour. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, gardening and sports. Survivors include his children, Jill (Tony) Coleman, Middleton, WI; Jeff (Dawn) Dahlman, Fulshear, TX; and Jane (Patrick) Martin, Pulaski, WI: his seven grandchildren and two great grandsons; and his sister, Lucille Steiner of California. A Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2008, at ST. THOMAS MORE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1819 N. McDonald Street, Appleton, with Fr. Gerald Falk officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Appleton.
