Paul Raymond Stone

Age 60, died on April 7, 2002 at Appleton Medical Center.
Paul was born on August 8, 1941 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Walter and Vera Stone. On July 13, 1972 Paul married Sandra Harvey (Meidam) in IL. Paul and Sandra enjoyed 30 years together. Paul retired from Gilbert Paper after 34 years of employment. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, snomobiling, and most of all his involvement with the Outagamie County Conservation Club. Paul was a First Responder for 10 years for the Town of Ellington. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Paul is survived by his wife, Sandra; six children, Doug (Julie) Stone, Donna (John) Howard, Lisa (Ken) Fredrick, Vickie (Steve) Schroeder, Shane (Tanya) Stone and Travis Stone; 11 grandchildren, Nicole, Jennifer, Jesse, Nick, Adam, T.J., Aimee, Stephanie, Tori, Tasha, and Trey; one great-grandchild, Dayne; one brother, Dave; one sister, Thelma; also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Zachary and Michael.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2002 at the funeral home at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul R. Brinkman officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service (6:00 p.m.).

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
