Paul Frank Siehr, age 75, of Appleton, passed away on January 9, 2021. Paul was born on April 20, 1945 to the late Walter and Ruth (Hackstock) Siehr. Paul was the most giving and unselfish person you could know. He did everything for his family and would help anyone who asked. Paul was an avid sports memorabilia and antiques collector. He loved sharing his treasures with his grandsons. He also loved to share stories of his past growing up in Menasha.
Paul worked hard for everything he had. He worked for Gilbert Paper Company for over 35 years and never called in sick. He was blessed to enjoy 20 years of retirement. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Paul is survived by his wife, Mary (Tiesling) Siehr of Appleton, his son Ron (Pam) Siehr, grandchildren, Trevor and Nathan Siehr, brother Jim (Joanne) Siehr, sister Dorothy Bogart, sister-in-law Therese Siehr, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jim and Diane Tiesling, Pam Siehr’s parents Reg and Phyllis Gaedtke and neighbors and special friends, Chuck and Rita Nelson as well as many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Bob Siehr, infant sister Kathleen Mary Siehr, and a brother-in-law Emil Bogart.
Due to current circumstances, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11:00am.
