Age 28, loving husband, father and son, passed away unexpectedly from a motorcycle accident on Sunday, April 22, 2007. He was born in Monroe on October 4, 1978 the son of Franz and Jill (Thomm) Niederberger. Paul graduated from Waupaca High School in 1997 and attended Fox Valley Technical College. He was employed by Convergys for five years. On December 21, 2002, he married his loving wife, Stephanie Sleik. They recently celebrated the birth of their son, Kaeden on March 29, 2007. Paul loved people, and his youthful spirit always brought a smile to everyone's face. His passions in life were God, his family, friends, computers and playing video games. His Christian faith gave him a hope for today and forever; and though mourning, we celebrate his eternal life with Christ.

Paul is survived by his wife, Stephanie; son, Kaeden; parents; Franz and Jill Niederberger of Pine River, WI; sisters: Judi Ganster and her children: Riley, Conner and Kaleb; and Wendy (Brad) Mevis of Pine River, WI; grandparents: Franz and Ann Niederberger of Monroe and Jerry and Joyce Thomm of Monroe; mothers and fathers-in-law, Debby and Pat Conery of New London, Lisa Sleik of De Pere and Steven Sleik of Iron Mountain, MI; sisters-in-law: Stacey Sleik and her daughter, Alivia; Jennifer Conery and Erika Sleik; and brothers-in-law: Eric Trinrud and Kyle Sleik; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at Appleton Alliance Church, 2693 W. Grand Blvd, Grand Chute, with Rev. Dick Schaefer officiating. Friends will be received at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. The burial will be in Spencer Lake Memorial Park, Waupaca.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Paul's name is being established.
