Patricia Weber Wilcomb, age 70, passed away after a prolonged illness on April 20, 2018 surrounded by family in her Menasha, WI home. She was born on November 25, 1947, daughter of the late J. Thomas and Jean (Rabideau) Weber. Patricia was part of the 1966 graduating class of St. Mary’s, Menasha and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she studied both education and vocal performance.
Patricia was married to Bruce Wilcomb on May 12, 1973. They spent their life in Austin TX, Baltimore MD, and North Plainfield NJ. While Patricia worked as an administrative assistant, she saw her true avocation as musical performance. She continued her vocal studies at both the Peabody Conservatory and the Julliard School. Pat performed as a concert soloist and choir member with the Crescent Avenue Chorale and the Plainfield Symphony Orchestra and was an active member with the Plainfield Music Club. She was also a soloist at the McCutchen Home.
Pat was a Tai Chi Chih instructor, a Reiki master, and a Polarity master. Her compassion and caring nature was evident to all who knew her. Pat was a member of a variety of communities. She will be greatly missed by family and friends far and wide.
Patricia is survived by her siblings: Michael (Claudia) Weber and Susan (David) Beula; nephew, Philip (Amy) Beula; nieces: Allison (Adam) Skarie and Corrie (Stephen) Kovacs; great-niece and -nephews: Anne Beula, Gordon Beula, and Neil Skarie; aunt and uncle, Ruth and Emmet Weber; aunt, Terry Weber, and numerous cousins.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Bruce; parents, J.Thomas and Jean Weber; and mother and father-in-law, Evelyn and Wilfred Wilcomb.
A gathering to celebrate Pat’s life is scheduled for Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The open house will be at Pat's home in Menasha.
