Patricia "Nannie" Radtke

Patricia “Nannie” Radtke (nee Skalecki) age 87 of Kimberly, WI passed away February 4, 2022.  She was born to Edward and Francis Skalecki on October 9, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI.  She married the love of her life, Allen Radtke on May 30, 1953 and they started a family together.  She went on to become a nurse’s aid at a nursing home in Suring.  In her free time, Pat loved gardening and sewing, putting together some of the most beautiful garments for her family.  She absolutely loved dogs, referring to all of them as puppies.  Pat was a devout Catholic, never missing a day of church in 80 years.  Pat loved life – she loved to joke around with everyone.  Pat always took pride in living up North – it was her own slice of heaven.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Allen; her parents, Edward and Francis; her sister, Jane; her brother, Butch; her godchild, Suzie; and her brother-in-law, Don.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Carol (Neil); her sister, Lee; her grandchild, Travis (Sara); her great-granddaughter, Whitney; her great-great-granddaughter, Alaya; and many extended nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held for Pat on Friday, February 11 from 10 AM – 12 PM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Kimberly, WI with a funeral mass following at 12 PM.  A private burial will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Suring, WI.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the ER staff that helped Pat from her apartment to the hospital as well as the staff that helped her at the hospital.  Thank you to everyone at ThedaCare for their help and compassion on the day of Pat’s passing, especially the staff in the ICU.
