Patricia Mary Rauch

Patricia Rauch, 90 years, passed away July 9, 2018 at her residence at Brookdale of Appleton, Wisconsin. She was born May 13, 1928 to William and Gladys Rauch (Gevelinger) in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She was a graduate of Manitowoc High School and Mt. St. Mary College in Milwaukee. She was a social worker with Catholic Apostolate which became Catholic Social Services, where she worked for over 40 years, specializing in adoption.

Pat was often seen at her ‘kitchen’ at Mark’s East Side with her friends. She enjoyed day trips to Door County and a fine glass of wine. Live theater and attending symphonic performances were a treat to Pat.

Pat is survived by her many friends and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Paul who was later ordained Rev. Joseph Francis O.F.M. Cap. and a brother Robert Rauch, as well as Robert Behling who was Pat’s date for over 40 years.

A Resurrection Mass for Pat will be held on July 14, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1810 N. McDonald St., Appleton. Fr. Jim Lucas celebrant. Private interment Calvary Cemetery in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Friends may gather at St. Thomas More Catholic Church from 9:00 – 10:45 am.
