Patricia Ann Zeiner

September 10, 1949 — December 15, 2018

Patricia “Pat” A. Zeiner, 69, of Appleton, was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Pat died peacefully in her sleep at home after a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born on September 10, 1949, in St. Nazianz to Raymond and Fay (Green) Miller. Pat grew up in Reedsville and went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a degree in Education. She married Steven Zeiner on October 19, 1974, and they resided and raised their family in Appleton. Pat taught special education in the Wrightstown, Menasha, and Green Bay School Districts, where she reached the hearts of many middle school children. However, most important to her was the Lord and her family. She adored and lavished time, attention and love on them. In addition to her family, Pat was passionate about Bible studies, gathering with friends, traveling, and shopping. She saw something special in everyone she encountered and was always available; she was a devoted, caring, generous and compassionate friend, sister, mother and wife.

Patricia is survived by her husband Steven; 2 children: Joel (Jenn) Zeiner and Heidi (Eric) Barnum; 5 grandchildren: Finnleigh, Ainsley, and Bode Zeiner, and Leif and Haakon Barnum; 3 siblings: Michael Miller, Barbara Miller, and Peter (Kayla) Miller; many other dear relatives, and friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be officiated Pastor Dave Vande Hey at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 21, 2018, at Christ the Rock Community Church, W6254 U.S. 10 114, Menasha. Visitation will take place prior to the service at 9:00 AM.
