Nicole L. Owens, age 38, of Appleton, died Tuesday morning. She was born July 12, 1969, to the late Levi Clark and Catherine Owens, in Chicago and had been an Appleton resident for 5 years. Nicole had been employed by McDonalds. Survivors include 6 children, Shabazz, Anthony, Clifton, Jazmine, Jayzon and Jayqon, all of Appleton; two sisters, Verna Moss, Chicago; Cornelia Swanigan, Kenosha: one brother, Clarence Palmore, Sturm, WI; 5 nieces and 2 nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Shabazz, Jr. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:00 pm, Monday, March 31, 2008, with Elder Williams officiating. Burial will be in Twelve Corners Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 am, until the time of the service.
